Our Partner Code of Conduct

We want every student introduced to Start2Study to be treated fairly, respectfully and honestly. These simple rules explain how we expect our partners to represent Start2Study and support students.

Working with students

  • Be honest with students

Tell students clearly that you are introducing them to Start2Study. Do not exaggerate outcomes, promise a university place, promise a scholarship or make claims you cannot verify.

  • Give clear and accurate information

Use the information and approved resources Start2Study provides. If you are unsure about something, ask us rather than guessing.

  • Stay within your role

You can introduce students and explain how Start2Study works. Do not guarantee admission or visas. Do not provide personalised immigration advice unless appropriately authorised to do so.

Representing Start2Study

  • Use Start2Study materials properly

Use approved descriptions, links, QR codes and marketing materials. Do not use university logos or make partnership claims unless Start2Study has specifically approved them.

  • Never collect student fees for us

Do not collect tuition fees, visa fees or other official payments on behalf of Start2Study. Students should use the relevant official payment route.

Trust & responsibility

  • Respect student information

Only collect or share information that is genuinely needed. Use Start2Study’s approved process for passing student information to us.

  • When in doubt, ask us

If you are unsure whether you can say or do something, contact Start2Study before acting. We would rather you ask than guess.

If anything here is unclear before you apply — or while you work with us — contact Start2Study. We would rather answer the question than have you guess.
